Anthony Landi, ChFC®
CO-FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL ADVISOR
As Co-Founder and Principal Advisor of Sterling Bridge Financial Group, Anthony brings both extensive experience and steady guidance to every client relationship.
He began his career during the 2008 financial crisis, helping retirees navigate the uncertainty of the Great Recession. That formative experience shaped his philosophy—one grounded in patience, empathy, and an unwavering commitment to client well-being. Today, he applies that same perspective to designing retirement strategies that empower clients to pursue their goals with confidence. As a fiduciary, Anthony upholds the highest standard of care, placing clients’ best interests at the heart of every recommendation.
Anthony holds the ChFC® (Chartered Financial Consultant) designation, reflecting advanced training in investments, insurance, taxation, retirement income, and estate strategies. He is also certified as an NSSA® (National Social Security Advisor), equipping him to help clients evaluate and maximize their Social Security benefits.
Outside the office, Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife Christa, their daughter, and extended family and friends. He is actively involved in his church community, where he values service and connection with others. A passionate golfer, he can often be found on the course whenever time allows.
Frank Diana, NSSA®
CO-FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL ADVISOR
As Co-Founder and Principal Advisor of Sterling Bridge Financial Group, Frank is dedicated to helping clients achieve their retirement dreams through thoughtful and strategic financial planning.
His career began during the 2008 Great Recession, when he learned two valuable lessons about retirement: investing for retirement is very different from investing through retirement, and although many people have the financial resources to retire, they often lack the right strategy to make it possible. Frank carries these insights into every client relationship, developing tailored strategies to help individuals and families pursue lasting financial security.
With more than a decade of experience, Frank takes a careful and methodical approach to financial planning. He is certified as an NSSA® (National Social Security Advisor) and especially enjoys guiding clients through the complexities of Social Security, ensuring their retirement strategies are as efficient and effective as possible.
Outside the office, Frank enjoys spending time with his wife, Ashley, and their two daughters, as well as playing pickleball whenever he gets the chance. He is also an active member of his church, where he values time with his church, family and friends.
