To help current clients work toward financial independence and confidence, Anthony draws on his experience aiding retirees during the Great Recession. He got his start in the industry in 2008, helping clients find comfort during a hectic time.
Years later, as the co-founder of Sterling Bridge Financial Group, Anthony uses that same patience and empathy to craft retirement plans that help clients pursue their passions and dreams. As a fiduciary advisor, he carries a legal obligation to do what’s best for clients, no matter what.
He has a Chartered Federal Employee Benefit designation, which allows him to create personalized financial strategies for people in the Florida Retirement System.

Frank is focused on helping clients work toward their retirement dreams by crafting well-thought-out financial strategies for retirement.
He learned two major lessons about retirement when his career began during the Great Recession in 2008. One is that investing for retirement is different than investing through retirement. The other is that most people have the financial ingredients in place to retire, but not the proper strategy to get there.
As Sterling Bridge Financial Group’s co-founder, Frank employs the same careful and thoughtful techniques he adopted over a decade ago. He also received certification with the NSSA and loves helping people strategize their many Social Security options.

Vince’s role as a Paraplanner is to develop the framework for your personalized retirement plan. He utilizes state-of-the-art financial planning software to analyze the efficiency of your current portfolio. Working closely with our advisors, he then strategically crafts a tax-advantaged plan to help you achieve your desired lifestyle.
Originally from Ohio, Vince relocated to Florida in February 2024. Although an Ohio State University graduate, he has managed to peacefully coexist with Gator fans. Vince has over five years of industry experience working alongside financial professionals across the country. He holds the Enrolled Agent (EA) designation from the IRS, giving him the privilege of representing taxpayers before the IRS.

Brittany works diligently to craft a welcoming atmosphere in which every client knows that they are deeply valued. She is the smiling face that greets you at every appointment, the voice that guides you over the phone and the gatekeeper for all scheduling.
Brittany graduated from the University of Florida and is a die-hard Gator fan. She loves spending time with her seven-year-old twin boys and enjoys going to the beach.

Once the new client onboarding process is completed, Jimmy steps in as your new point of contact. His focus is to make sure that your retirement plan is executed properly. He is your go-to person for beneficiary changes, updates to the client portal, Social Security forms, and all other serving requests you may have. Jimmy graduated from Kent State University in Ohio, with a finance degree, before moving down to Palm Harbor with his wife. He is a fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cleveland Browns but has learned to love the Tampa Bay Bucs.

Bella provides administrative support for our Client Servicing Advisor to ensure clients receive the highest level of service and care. She will gladly assist you with any beneficiary changes, client portal questions, social security forms and more! Bella loves all things Florida: sunsets, beaches, and the warm weather! She enjoys traveling, reading, but most importantly spending time with family and friends.

Jess works to ensure that the Sterling Bridge office runs with organizational excellence. She oversees day-to-day operations to create a positive working environment which guarantees all team members can focus on clients' needs.
Jess is a West Virginia University graduate and came to Florida over 17 years ago with her husband. Jess is a competitive Pickleball player, who plays as often as possible and is always seeking/playing in tournaments across the state. If she is not at work, you can find her on the pickleball courts!

Lindsey has significant expertise across marketing and event management, branding, lead generation, public relations, strategic planning, and innovation. She is a multi-generational Florida native who loves being outside on the water or in the woods with her rescue pup Alice.
